Print Current Holdings

Printing Current Holdings:

1. Select a portfolio. The selected portfolio will be highlighted on the left side.

2. Click the "Reports" button on the Local Toolbar.

3. Select "Print Current Holdings". The Print Preview Window will appear.

4. Click the Printer Icon to print the page as shown.

Changing the Layout in the Print Preview Window:

1. Click the drop down arrow next to the Column Layout Box.

2. Select "Custom".

3. Click "Customize..."

1. • To remove columns, select the column name under 'Columns In Grid' and use the left arrow to remove the field.

   • To change the position of a column, select the column name under 'Columns In Grid' use the up and down arrows to move the column to the desired location.

   • To add a column, select the column name under 'Field List' and use the right arrow to add the field to the 'Columns in Grid'.

4. Use the Layout Window to select the columns to print.

5. Click "OK".
