Consider the following investment styles:
PRUDENT INVESTOR. Prudent investors are interested in achieving significant capital appreciation with limited risk. Basically, they want the odds of achieving above average price appreciation with below average risk to be in their favor. They look for stocks with the best combinations of Value, Safety and Timing, and they insist on stocks with RV >= 1.00, and RS >= 1.00. ProGraphics 6.0 identifies stocks meeting these stringent requirements under the Prudent Strategy Group. Investors buying high RV, high RS stocks are virtually certain to make money and outperform the market over the long-term.
AGGRESSIVE INVESTOR. Aggressive investors want high performance and are willing to take substantial risk. They are looking for big gainers and stocks with high upside potential. While they may do some bargain hunting for beaten-down stocks, they typically like explosive stocks that are skyrocketing in price. These stocks all have RV >= 1.00, and RS <= 1.00.
CONSERVATIVE INVESTOR. Conservative investors want to buy stocks but do not like to take much risk. Top stocks ranked by Relative Safety are ideally suited for these investors. They are steady, predictable performers, which usually pay a solid dividend. The Conservative Investor prefers stocks which have RV <= 1.00, and RS >= 1.00.
SPECULATIVE INVESTOR. Speculative investors look for big gains without regard to risk. The fundamentals of VALUE and SAFETY mean nothing to these investors. They are excited by price activity and volatility. Stocks with low Relative Value (RV), and low Relative Safety (RS) are very volatile. Most are priced under $10. Nimble investors can make high profits in these stocks if they pay close attention to Relative Timing (RT), and to Stop-Prices. Stocks with RV <= 1.00, and RS <= 1.00 are considered to be suitable for Speculative Investors.
