Graph Layouts

VectorVest RealTime allows you to customize the parameters displayed, moving averages, and color schemes then save these settings as named graph layouts. Note: The data type, time span, and frequency are not saved with a layout.

Saving a Graph Layout:

1. Access any graph type.

2. Add/display the parameters you would like saved to the layout.

3. Make any color changes you would like saved.

4. Select Graph Layouts in Graph Control Panel (see above image).

5. Left-click "Save/Modify Layouts."

6. Left-click "Add New Layout".

7. Type a name for the layout.

8. Click "OK".

Applying a Saved Graph Layout:

1. Select Graph Layouts in Graph Control Panel.

2. Left-click the name of the layout you wish to view.

Default Graph Layout:

1. The last layout selected is the default layout.

Renaming a Graph Layout:

1. Select Graph Layouts in Graph Control Panel.

2. Left-click "Save/Modify Layouts."

3. Select "Rename".

4. Type the new name.

5. Click "OK".

Saving Changes to a Layout:

1. Select Graph Layouts in Graph Control Panel.

2. Left-click "Save/Modify Layouts."

3. Select "Save Changes".

4. You will receive the following message, "This will overwrite the selected layout with the current layout"

5. Click "OK".

Deleting a Custom Graph Layout:

1. Select Graph Layouts in Graph Control Panel.

2. Left-click "Save/Modify Layouts."

3. Select "Delete".

4. You will receive the following message, "This will permanently delete the layout"

5. Click "OK".
