VectorVest ProGraphics gives a Buy (B), Sell (S), or Hold (H) recommendation on every stock. No stock will get a ''B'' recommendation unless RT and VST-Vector are above 1.00 and Price is above its Stop Price. Any stock where the Price is below its Stop Price gets a ''S'' recommendation.
This recommendation system was designed to encourage the purchase of stocks with good fundamentals. Therefore, stocks with high RV and RS values receive ''B'' ratings more readily than those with low RV and RS values. In other words, a stock with a high RV and a high RS will get a ''B'' recommendation at a lower price and RT than one with low RV and low RS. Some stocks with very weak fundamentals may never receive a ''B'' rating regardless of how high their RT values become.
