Time Period
Time Period is composed of two components: Timeframe and Data Frequency.
Timeframe

Time Period selections range from 3 months to 5 years. After making a selection from the dropdown menu you must click on the Graph button to refresh the graph and display your selection.
Data Frequency
The second dropdown menu to the right of Time Period represents Data Frequency. Data Frequency is simply the separation distance between data points plotted on the Business Sector Graph. Data Frequency selections are Daily and Weekly. A Daily Data Frequency will plot a data point for each day that the stocks in the Business Sector have traded. A Weekly Data Frequency will plot only data points for each Friday that the stocks in the Business Sector have traded (or the last trading day of each week). After making a selection from the dropdown menu you must click on the Graph button to refresh the graph and display your selection.
Graph Size
The third dropdown menu to the right of Time Period represents Graph Size. Graphs can be displayed in Small, Medium, and Large formats. After making a selection from the dropdown menu you must click on the Graph button to refresh the graph and display your selection.

The Business Sector price, for a given trading day, is the numerical average of the closing prices of the stocks in that Business Sector. The Show Price As dropdown menu allows the Business Sector price to be plotted as a Line of Business Sector prices, or as OHLC bars (Open, High, Low, Close). After making a selection from the dropdown menu you must click on the Graph button to refresh the graph and display your selection.
