Stock Analysis Reports

A Stock Analysis Report contains three (3) sections of information: Analysis Summary, In-depth Analysis, and stock and industry graphs. Only one Stock Analysis Report can be obtained at a time. Within the Stock Analysis Report, a Symbol Lookup feature allows you to search for a ticker symbol if you know the company name.

Accessing a Stock Analysis Report from the VectorVest Express Homepage

On the VectorVest Express Homepage, locate the Research Section (it has a chessboard and weathervane icon). Click on the link labeled Analyze Stocks. This will open the Stock Analysis Report page where you can enter the stock ticker symbol. Click the Analyze button and a Stock Analysis Report will be displayed.

 

Accessing a Stock Analysis Report from the Stock Viewer Datagrid

Open the Stock Viewer. Click on the Stock Analysis Report Icon for the single stock that you would like to display a report for. This will open the Stock Analysis Report Page and display the report.

 

Accessing a Stock Analysis Report from the WatchList Datagrid

Click on WatchLists on the VectorVest Express Toolbar. This will open the WatchLists Page. Click on any WatchList to display the contents of the WatchList in the WatchList Datagrid. Click on the Stock Analysis Report Icon for the single stock that you would like to display a report for.

 

Accessing a Stock Analysis Report from the UniSearch Datagrid

Click on Research on the VectorVest Express Toolbar and then click on UniSearch in the dropdown menu. This will open the UniSearch Tool. Click on a strategy to load the strategy criteria. Click on the Run Search button to run the strategy. Stocks which meet the strategy criteria will be displayed in the UniSearch Datagrid. Click on the Stock Analysis Report Icon for the single stock that you would like to display a report for.

 

Accessing a Stock Analysis Report from the Market Indices Viewer Datagrid

Click on Viewers on the VectorVest Express Toolbar and then click on Market Indices in the dropdown menu. This will open the Market Indices Page and display the data for the Market Indices in the datagrid. Click on the Analysis Report Icon for the single market index that you would like to display a report for.

 

Accessing a Stock Analysis Report from the Stock Analysis Page

Click on Research on the VectorVest Express Toolbar and then click on Stock Analysis in the dropdown menu. This will open the Stock Analysis Page. Type a Stock Ticker Symbol into the Symbol textbox and click the Analyze button. A Stock Analysis Report is then displayed.

 

Accessing a Stock Analysis Report from the results of the Symbol Lookup feature

Click on Research on the VectorVest Express Toolbar and then click on Stock Analysis in the dropdown menu. This will open the Stock Analysis Report Page. Click on the Symbol Lookup button, enter a ticker symbol or company name to search for, and then click the Find button. The results of the Symbol Lookup are displayed. Within the Symbol Lookup result set, click on the Stock Analysis Report Icon for the single stock that you would like to display a report for.
