The Daily Color Guard

The Daily Color Guard is intended to accurately describe the direction and strength of the stock market on a daily basis. This is accomplished by tracking the movements of the VVC (VectorVest Composite) Price, RT (Relative Timing), and BSR (Buy/Sell Ratio) on a day-over-day and week-over-week basis. The movement of these indicators will result in a red, green, or yellow 'light' on the Color Guard, graphically representing the changing trend.

The letters found on each 'light' represent the color code, "Y" for Yellow, "G" for Green, and "R" for Red.

In addition to the Color Guard information, the status of the MTI, the Market Trend, and the status of VectorVest's Confirmed Market Call will also be displayed and updated every 5 seconds throughout the trading day.

This Gadget is customizable. The Settings Icon allows users to change the window length (small or medium), and whether or not the numerical values of the Color Guard Indicators are displayed next to the color code.
